Our development process for New Equipment starts with the close relationship shared with our customers in order to correctly identify their needs to commercialize their products in an effectively and efficiently way taking care of their demands for
brand image and quality of maintenance and exhibition of their products.
We know how sensitive it is to be part of the refrigeration products market and that our participation is reflected in
the final choice of consumers therefore support the enhancing in sales, the proper exhibition of the products and the product quality is an imperative for our developments.
In April of 2005, the company Savory ice cream Nestlé Chile requested Mimet the development of a conservative of two levels that would be efficient from the energy consumption and also would allow the ice cream to be seeing from the height of an adult and at the same time from the height of a child in order of encouraging the purchase of this important segment for the ice cream industry.
Commercial and Engineering’s areas, together with the designer, were in charge of the design and they defined two alternatives that were presented to Savory who selected the sketches of the equipment known today as Cascade (CC-300).
Initially, the conservative was defined as exclusively for Nestlé, being sent to laboratories in France in June 2007. This year, the product was released by Nestlé for its sale.

This product was developed by the management team of Mimet in August 2006 at the request of the company Embotelladora Andina (Bottler), for its product Coca Cola.
The request of the commercial area of Andina was that the product should be below a flow of 10 amperes, and to bear its plastic parts in the beating of supermarket trolleys, in addition to meeting the standards of Coca Cola.
Commercial areas and Engineering, together with the designer, were responsible for the design and defined two alternatives that were presented at Andina, who selected the sketches of the equipment known today as Air Curtain (CA-1300).
The first equipments were handed over to Andina in February 2007. Nowadays, also have it companies like Soprole, CCU and Viña Valdivieso.
