The equipment is not operating

• Make sure that the voltage corresponds to your area.
• Make sure the plug of the equipment make effective contact with the socket.
• Make sure the thermostat knob is not in position "0".

How can I turn off the showcase light

• The switch is located on the upper right side of the equipment, next to the thermostat knob.

Not reaching desired temperature

• Inspect the condenser, because could be blocked with dirt. To clean it, use the vacuum cleaner or a brush.
• Check the evaporator as it could be with much ice. Make a thaw disconnecting the equipment or leaving the thermostat knob in position "0".

• Not to block the air flow between the products in vertical showcases.
• Look at the thermostat knob, as it could be in a minimal position, change the thermostat setting to a higher number.
• Make sure the equipment is not directly exposed to sunlight.
• Check the door seal and / or the leveling of the equipment, to ensure self closing door work`s properly.

Water on the floor

• Check the drain hose is inside of the drain pan.

Abnormal noises

• Make sure the equipment does not contact other objects and that is well leveled.
